Standard Application Process
Surface Prep
Thoroughly clean the metal roof to remove all rust, dust, and loose debris. A perfectly clean surface is critical to ensure a solid bonding foundation for the coating.
Apply Primer
Evenly brush the base coat over the targeted areas. This primer deeply penetrates and seals the metal substrate, preparing it for the reinforcement layer.
Embed Fabric
While the primer is still wet, smoothly embed the pre-cut stitch-bonded polyester fabric over vulnerable seams and press flat to eliminate any air bubbles.
Apply Topcoat
After the base sets, brush the final topcoat to completely seal the system, forming a seamless, highly elastic waterproof and thermal barrier.

Q: Does TBN-300 require a clear protective topcoat?
A: A: It functions as a standalone structural wear layer. However, if the floor is exposed to direct sunlight (UV exposure) or requires extreme chemical resistance, a clear aliphatic polyurethane topcoat is recommended.
Q: What if the recoat window exceeds the standard time?
A: A: The standard minimum recoat time is ≥6 hours. If the interval exceeds 24 hours, the cured surface must be mechanically sanded to restore a mechanical profile and ensure inter-coat adhesion.
