Application Guidelines
Substrate Preparation
Thoroughly remove dust, oil stains, and mildew from the wall surface. Fill holes and cracks, sand smooth, and wipe off residual dust. For new gypsum board or plastered walls, allow 4–6 weeks of curing, then apply an alkali‑resistant primer to seal the porous substrate. Protect doors, windows, baseboards, and furniture with masking tape and covering sheets.
Mixing and Dilution
Stir the paint thoroughly for 3–5 minutes before use. Dilute only with clean water, at a maximum of 10% of the paint volume by volume. Excessive dilution will reduce coverage and scrub resistance. Do not mix with solvent‑based paints.
Application Procedure
First, cut in edges with a brush, then apply to large wall areas using a roller in a W‑pattern. Use 1 coat of primer followed by at least 2 coats of topcoat. Under standard conditions (23°C, 50% humidity), allow 2–4 hours between coats; in cooler or more humid weather, extend the recoat interval accordingly.
Application Conditions
Wall and ambient temperature should be maintained between 8°C and 35°C, with relative humidity ≤75%. Do not apply on damp walls or under high‑humidity conditions.
Drying and Curing
Surface drying time is approximately 1 hour. Light wiping is possible after 7 days; the film fully cures in 21–28 days, at which point it achieves full scrub resistance and anti‑mold performance. Avoid prolonged water contact on the wall for the first 3 days after completion.
Important Notes
Skipping the primer or over‑diluting the paint may result in uneven sheen, film peeling, and shortened service life.
