Product Overview
TBN-300 is a water-based, solvent-free Epoxy Color Sand Self-leveling Coating. Applied by trowel to 1.5–2.5 mm, it is thicker than standard thin-film epoxy.
The seamless coating has ≥0.6 MPa bond strength. Colored quartz sand improves abrasion and slip resistance while remaining easy to clean. Suitable for medium to high traffic areas needing durability and a decorative finish.

Q: What are the substrate preparation requirements before application?
A: The concrete substrate must be fully cured (minimum 28 days) and mechanically ground to remove weak laitance. The surface must be clean, free of oil, and have a moisture content below 8% before applying the compatible primer.
Q: Does TBN-300 require a clear protective topcoat?
A: It functions as a standalone structural wear layer. However, if the floor is exposed to direct sunlight (UV exposure) or requires extreme chemical resistance, a clear aliphatic polyurethane topcoat is recommended.
Q: What if the recoat window exceeds the standard time?
A: The standard minimum recoat time is ≥6 hours. If the interval exceeds 24 hours, the cured surface must be mechanically sanded to restore a mechanical profile and ensure inter-coat adhesion.
Q: Is this material classified as hazardous cargo for sea freight?
